Well, I know normally first post of a new year should be about New Year Resolution or wishing people happy new year kind of entry.

But now I am blogging about my Christmas celebrations with my secondary school cliques. Lol! Anyway, happy chinese new year eve! (CNY is not copy western new year hor! Stupid Amos Yee!)

So this year, err wait... I mean last year, we had Christmas gathering over at Serene's House. I kinda dressed up for this gathering with my DIY Colourful Buttons Tee and a cute Santa hat with two rein deer horn. :P

When I reached, some of them was inside the kitchen and preparing for the meal and it smelled so nice that it makes my stomach grumble at that time!

After that, we went to play drinking games since I brought Jack Daniel and Martell.

I was the host of the game that night.

Anyway, I am sure everyone was high during the game and I got to say that Wilson is really good that night until the part he got very very high and starts to do weird things. =x He even bit me loh!!!

We had Durian Log cake which Eileen bought. It's very delicious! At first we were very scared because we have heard before that if you drink liquor, you cannot eat Durians because you will get food poisoning but in the end we just heck care and ate it. Nothing happen also! Lol!

Anyway, I last minute went to DIY Christmas cards for my friends. Cut up shapes of Santa, Snowman and X'mas tree but I got lazy halfway so those close friends got the special shapes while the others are some random bear designs. =x

This year, gonna spent more time and shop for Christmas! And I hope we can have something like this again! XD

Merry Christmas!!!! I know it's late but I still want to said it! :P

Christmas are always my favourite day and I think it will be even better if it snow in Singapore loh! But anway, here is how I celebrate my Christmas this year! :D

X'mas with Mee Pokey

Just in case some of you wonder who and what are Mee Pokey means, it's actually the name of the group I was from during camp mumbo 2011.

Our leader, Edwin booked hotel room at Marina Bay Sands and invited us for a celebrations there! It's was my first time there so I was really really very excited about it!!!!

HOWEVER, I realised I forgot to bring my Memory card out so all the photos taken there was by my Ipod Touch. :(

After that, we head back to hotel room to begin our little gifts exchange. We played game to determined the winner who will get to choose the present.

X'mas with Mumbo

Yes! Later that night, went for another Christmas celebrations. This time was with the awesome volunteers from Camp Mumbo!

Went back home to help my Sis carry the big ass present that I got for the night gifts exchange before heading to Tian Jun's house for the celebrations.

As usual, played lots of games and it's one hell celebrations and I totally forgot if we countdown to Christmas first or we had our gifts exchange first. Lol

Just want to say something here, it was my first time attending Mumbo X'mas even though I have been in camp mumbo for three years already so I actually thought that the gifts from mumbo people will be funny and ridiculous...

BUT I WAS WRONG LOH!!!! Most of them bought useful and good stuff!

My present was considered one of the worst present because I got items from Daiso and added up for the budget $10. And Patrick who got my present was very sad.

But then again, the things I got was kinda useful (I think...) Lol!!!!

That's Patrick, he supposed to kiss me but because of my Daiso presents, he decided not to kiss me. :(

I got Aaron's presents so I am giving him a kiss! ;)

OLIP 2011

This is an entry that I must blog while it's still fresh in my head! Last Saturday, I went for OLIP 2011 with my friends from Camp Mumbo.

Anyway, OLIP stands for Outdoor Leadership Instructor Program. It was an overnight activity for instructors to have fun and bonding session with the group members before the start of the camp itself.

I didn't have a chance to go last year OLIP due to army, so the last one I went was back in 2009 which was my first year in camp mumbo. I wanted to hyperlink the post but somehow there is some stupid gitch.. :/

The colour for my group was Red which is also the same colour I wore for OLIP 2009.

Anyway, we had this Dog & Bone kind of game which among all the five groups (Meepok, Mee Siam, Zi Char, Laska and Diao He) we have to choose a member and fufilled the tasks give.

Example: One minute cannot laugh and the last one standing wins one point for the group.

And then, they were looking for "Shortest Finger Nails" but we didn't win. Lol

The challenge revealed was "One must make other person from another group laugh and the other one must endure and not laugh."

After the game ended, we were told to watch certain youtube video and then from the video, we will get to know where should we head for the next challenge.

Our first station was to find Famous 24HR Bak Ku Teh or Pig Organ Soup.

In the end, we went to the foodcourt at NEX shopping mall and found a Pig Organ Soup. Eh! That store got a lot of newspaper article okay! So that means they are famous!

We have to take a do a ski to promote our group (meepok) but we read wrongly and we though we were suppose to promote the Pig Organ Soup. Anyway, that's us choosing which role to play.

After which, we proceed to challenge 2 and I was having doubts with this challenge because we are suppose to negotiate with the Starbuck's staff and win two FREE coffee!

I was like "Will they really give us free coffee?" since Starbucks drinks aren't cheap!

BUT GUESS WHAT? WE DID!!! The friendly staff actually gave us two free coffee but we told them just gave us small cup because we have less to drink and more time to rush to the next station.

On the way to our next station we saw eclipse! Ok! That's random!

Pictures of us after we finished our fourth station which is to find Famous Prata in Singapore. I saw Candice there buying her dinner/supper!

And that's was our night walk was held! The individual night walk was one of the highlight for OLIP!

But this year was kinda boring as it wasn't that scary to me.

Next station was to find Famous Beancurd. The nearest one was Beancurd City's beancurd and they closed at 3am! By the time we finished our individual night walk, it's almost two plus! And there was no transport for us! So we have to hitch a ride to get there!

Luckily for us, a taxi uncle was willing to drive us there! I was very surprised that we hitched a cab (especially they just increased the cab fare.) So myself and three other group members took the free cab ride and went to buy the beancurd first before they close the shop.

The remaining 9 members hitched a cab and a car! Hitching a ride is damn fun!

We went to a nearby block to do a ski for this Beancurd station. I did took videos of it but the video are kinda long even though it's funny.. If you are friend with me on Facebook, you can watch it on my profile! :D

After that, we hitched ride again to Northpoint! And we hitched cab again! 3 CABS! Singapore do have kind souls!

We have to take a picture to prove that we went to a 24hr Starbuck because we were supposed to so at the 2nd station but we didn't know... lol!

Station 6, we have to buy a watermelon and eat it without using our hand!

We went to the nearby coffeeshop to borrow knife but the Char Siew Noodle auntie was helpful enough and helped us cut the watermelon! :D

After eating, we have to make Edwin wear it to the next station! Lucky we smart! We ate our watermelon beside our next station which was a Kopitiam.

And the task at Kopitiam was a game about bonding. I also did something like this back in OLIP 2009, just that this time it's milo and not lime.

We are suppose to use our mouth and pass water to each other and then to the cup filled with milo powder. Watch the video and you will understand.

Err, we were told then that we are supposed to fill it to the brim! So in the end we DID ANOTHER ONE after our last station. And that's the reason why I am not gonna drink milo for at least 6months! hahahahaha!

And finally we went to our last station which is at the McDonald. We need to order food using any national day song.

Can you guess which song we used? :D

Us again! But it's kinda tiring already!

Our end point is back to Teck Ghee CC. But before that we can choose if we want to play additional game which is to find three items at Bishan Park.

And my oh my! First time went to Bishan Park and it was such a huge park! Would love to come again! Even the playground is sand one! Not those rubber one!

First item! The clue was 995 beside Boy/Girl.

My group members was smarter than me loh! They get what it mean when they first heard it! Boy/Girl means Toilet and 995 means firepost so it's something a firepost beside a toilet, and normally a fire hose is beside toilet so that's where the item was hidden!

That Day I Went To Batam.

I am sort of back to blogging. Not that I have any interesting to blog about since my life is so boring... All about army, army and army.

I didnt even blog in the month of November! Not to mention that I have not been blogging a proper/long post.

This is a dued entry, decided to just blog it out since I think I edited the pictures already. Went to Batam with army mates few months back.

Very glad to have Zhao Sheng to settle this trip for us. He just got a talent in this. Lol! Best part was his aunt actually lend us her driver for our trip so we do not need to take cab to our hotel. :)

The hotel we stayed was Harris Resort. Nice hotel and there is a lot of Koreans (But of course, not those kind of Korean stars you see on TV lah..)

We decided to tour around the pool side while Zhao Sheng go settle the admin stuff with the hotel staff.

To be really honest, I think I really got no feel to blog or I was just being very lazy. *laugh*

After the national day, I went to USS again but this time with my siblings and my childhood friends. If you are interested, you can read my USS post with my army friends.

Didn't manage to take with this globe the last time I came as it was under renovation.

Really have to start blogging this entry, couldn't find time to sit down and blog it and I don't want to do a rush one for this so that's why it takes so long until now (Not excuse hor!)

EDIT: Attempt to blog this on the 10th of July but photobucket was being a bitch!

So on 18 June, attended Ruo Xuan's 21st Birthday at Capella Sentosa. Love the services there but it's a bit ulu (deserted) and we had a hard time trying to find the hotel. Especially there wasn't much light on the way there...e (Not sure if that's because they want to save energy or what...)

Anyway, we reached there and was told to wait for someone to drive us to the room. One chio ang mo lady arrived and took us to Ruo Xuan's hotel room using the err what do you call it? Golf Car? You know that kind of car you see in Golf courses?

Anyway, I don't think I can find the correct word to describe the hotel room. It was cozy with all the delicious food that the birthday girl provided.

Yes, it's those dough/plasticine kind of cake. I personally dislike that type of cake with all my past experiences as they always tasted awfully sweet and hard to finish it off! But hey, this time it's exception! Because the cake really taste good! Logang flaour! Soft and yummy!

I was really really very shocked! Because I didn't see them carrying the cakes when we meet!

In the end, I found out Zhao Sheng actually ordered the cake, took cab early to TRADERS Hotel and passed it to the staff there.

And another thing was, he actually met with a small accident on the way there! I was really speechless! Imagine it was a serious accident just because he want to send my cake to the hotel! I think I will be guilty for life! Like seriously!

Really thank you Zhao Sheng! For planning this buffet, ordering my cake and send it there to surprise me! Moreover it's angry bird somemore!

Thank you! BUT HOR, I still enjoy bullying you! WHAHAHAHA!

Taman Garden

It's kinda seems that I have lost touch on blogging. Really do not have the time to sit down and blog (or maybe I was really lazy...)

Now I should really post up those updated entries! Already few months late but here's the post on the trip to Taman Garden @ JB with IT1A to celebrate Ting Ting and my birthday! Okay, just realised it's only one month late. haha!

We went to Taman Garden Seafood Stall located at JB to celebrate Ting Ting and my birthday. The seafood stall was recommended by michy's boyfriend Yong Long and both of are regular customer at there.

The queue was long that day! I think we queued at least for 4hours before we finally reached Malaysia!

Went to Universal Studio Singapore with Army cliques few days back!

Err, the Globe was under renovation so I couldn't take picture with it. :(

Weekday was full of tourist but the theme park wasn't that pack. Oh, the price for weekdays tickets are $66 per adult. You get to enjoy 20% discount if you pay by DBS card or Master Card.

DBS card entitled for 6 person while Master Card, 10 person.

So we paid $50.80 for each person!

First ride we went for was this Spinning Cup ride, wasn't that excited so the next one was Battle Star; Human and Cyclone one.

THESE TWO ARE ONE HELL SCARY RIDE (Well, in my opinion lah!)

Especially the Cyclone one! Closed my eyes almost all the way and when I opened my eyes, I nearly scared out of shit as I saw myself upside down! IN MID AIR SOME MORE!

Can't believe I actually took these rides!

Next we took Revenge of the Mummy;

Roller Coaster ride again but in the dark and random mummies popping out!

(Try not to sit at the back if you don't like fire or can't stand hotness!)

And then we moved to Jurassic Park section;

AND AND AND! One last point! Before this USS outing right, Zhao Sheng was telling us not to wear slippers just in case... but it turn out that you can wear slippers, you just have to remove it when taking the rides! EG. BATTLE STAR!

Gathering With Sec Sch Peeps

I shall take a break from 刑事偵緝檔案 and blog outdated entries! Just gonna update the two gathering I had with my Secondary School Peeps!

One was overdue Dim Sum Late Night Supper while the other one, happened last Friday, Sentosa outing.

Went over to this Dim Sum shop for our late night supper;

I am sorry but please don't ask me where it is because Soon Guan drove us there. But if I am not wrong, it's at Geylang or Balestier.

We ordered quite a lot of food that day, the total damage was 100plus I think but it's worthwhile! The dim sum was damn nice! Especially the Xiao Long Bao! Oh the egg tarts are delicious too!

Last Friday went over to Sentosa for some sun tanning session! I actually was reluctant to go as I just got back from Brunei that morning! Was very tired but luckily I went as I am able to get some tan!

Hand Made Angry Bird Recycle Bag

See that picture above? It's a recycle bag just in case you don't know and I think that most of you find it cute right? (Well, so far all my friends find that graphic adorable...)

LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT! THAT CUTE LITTLE THING IS DRAWN BY ME! Yes! I bought a recycle bag from Daiso and decided to draw that thing on it! Cute right?

But I don't know why when my friends first see it, they don't believe it was drawn by me! They thought I bought it somewhere! It's really drawn by me lah!

And recently, I am kinda obsessed with Angry Birds merchandise and I figured out that I shall go get one more recycle bag and draw an angry bird on it! It will be pretty cute and cool!

But I bet no one will believe it's drawn by me if I really go ahead with that idea...so this entry is a proof that I draw an angry bird on a recycle bag!

First, you need to buy a recycle bag which you can get it from Daiso for only $2! You need poster colours to colour your angry bird! Actually you do not need scissor lah! The scissor was there because I used it to cut the label from my angry bird plushie. Lol

The next thing I did was to draw the angry bird on the recycle bag and I try to centralised it so it will look nicer.

And after drawing, I start to fill in the colour with poster colours.

Class Gathering @ TAB

Wow! It's like been nearly a month that I last blogged! Hmm, I don't think I am busy so I guess it's my lazy bug acting up.

Anyway! I am updating now before I catch my plane at 3am later! Yes! That timing very insane!!

Organised a class outing with classgang! Was having trouble where to dine so I asked around over at Twitter and then my friend; Food Blogger Calvin Timo suggested that I can go try TABSingapore.

So last night, April Fool 2011, I was there with my wonderful friends! But as usual lah! Most of them are late!

Oh! There's no business on Monday?

First step into TAB, I already fell in love with the atmosphere. Then the staff brought us over to our reservation table but I was slightly disappointed with it because we were allocated at a long dining table (Made up of 6tables to be exact.) It's very hard for friends who sat one end to talk with the one who sat at the other end.

But I guess that's because we have a total of 12 people.

Actually hor, I didn't get to camwhore last night! Jia Hao was playing mega Jump on my iPod and after that he start cam whored with it! It was very scary I tell you as I overheard him saying;

"Why is my face so round? Why is my face so round? *Punch own face*"

Food and drinks came!

The Fruit Punch (Red colour one) is $9 while the Orange (Was it Orange Juice?) is $8 if I didn't remember wrongly.

I wanted to try something special as I recommended TAB's Fish & Chip to the rest who have no idea what to order.

So I ordered Rib-eye Steak, Well done. $22

Err, I just don't like the black sauce that was all over my steak.

Most of them ordered Fish & Chips, the cheapest main course I believe, $16. I didn't get the chance to try the fish but hey! The fries or was it wedges? Tasted great! It's unlike the normal kind of wedges or fries you eat outside. There's something about it that makes you want to eat more. But the serving was small in my opinion.

Thiam Yue ordered Chicken Parmigiana ($18) and I regret not ordering it because the chicken is really tasty! If you are going to dine at TAB, I strongly recommend this main course!

Yibin had TAB's Burger.

Okay! That's all for the food and drinks over at TAB. Erm, I shall not comment on Xiang Long's order.

I like how they used the "Never Chicken Out" theme together with the nasty behavior we encounter when we travel on MRT train.

One of the commercial which is the best in my opinion;

How to deal with pole-leaners in the MRT.

They are selfish. They are blind. And they are also boneless. Like bees to honey and flies to... They are genetically wired to be drawn to shiny, cool, steel poles. Especially when they are coated with human hands.
Chicken knows how it feels. Chicken doesn't like it one bit. Chicken thinks there's only one way to deal with creatures like these.

The Be-SPEC-tacular 21st Party!

Held my 21st Birthday Party at my uncle's Condo. It was a blast with all my beloved families and friends! I wonder what I shall do for my birthday this year? :D

The Great Audio Experience Event.

Was invited by Victor Tan from HPB to join the fun at Great Audio Experience Event! Singapore largest flash mob event! It was fun and I get to see mediacorp artist real close at the VIP section! Hehe!

And finally, enlisted into Army on 4th June 2010.

My botak!!!

And during the army period or should I say during my Basic Military Training and Guards Conversion Course, I get to;

1) Fire a real rifle with live rounds! Fire Range!

2) Threw real grenande!

3) Finally get to feel how it's like staying in a woods! Get to see beautiful fireflies!

4) Do repelling from both a 10storey building (which I cried like hell after I descend from it due to height phobia...) and a chopper! (Strangely, descending from the chopper wasn't that scary...)

5) SWIM THE EAST COAST PARK SEA! 2km somemore! Drank hell lots of sea water! Yeah! It was included in my "I-Never-Want-To-Do-This-Again" list. Struck in the middle of an open sea is never cool!

I think there's more but couldn't really remember any of it that is worth mentioning for now.

I wonder what will happened in the next 10months of 2011?

First ever Mumbo Run organised by Jun Wu and Veronica. It was held at Clark Quay. A total new experience to run so early at Clark Quay!

Fat Fish Steamboat

Had reunion dinner over at this restaurant located beside Sembawang MRT Station; Fat Fish Steamboat. Oh wait, the correct name is Fat Fish bar & Restaurant.

It's a 10minutes uphill walk from Sembawang MRT station. The atmosphere is serene and nice but I was bitten by mosquito .

It's a normal steamboat buffet, the only different was that instead of getting the ingredients or food by yourself, the staff are there to serve the dishes of ingredient to your table. So in other words, you are treated like a emperor lah!

But the portion they serve are very small so you have to keep asking the staff to serve you the food. I guess it is to avoid customer wasting of food.

However, the drinks are not included in the steamboat buffet and a can of drink cost $2.50. That's is very expensive in my humble opinion. Maybe you all might want to bring your own drinks if you dine there. (Opps! Are outside drinks allowed?)

PS: They don't serve plain water but mineral water.

You know how blog first started out where people just update/rant about their boring daily life? (Well, at least that's what happened in Singapore when I first started blogging...)

Then as blog get commercialise, you hardly find any post that rant too much! No one want to read rant post mah! Especially if TyP3 l!k3 tH!5!

Today, I would like to rant on some stuff! So if you fancy reading blogpost full of rants! Then maybe you shall skip this and wait for my new year eve post! =D

I hate Apple Rambutan Mango Yamamomo!!!

Last Monday to Wednesday, I went for outfield which I think it's the worst outfield to date! Even my BMT outfield which is 7 days also not so jialat lor!

It basically rains the whole of three days during the outfield! And we still have to harbour in the middle of the forest when the rain is still going on! The feeling is totally not good at all!

Oh and before that we had this platoon movement where my platoon (a total of 29 people?) have to walk around the forest trail. The best part was it was during a thunderstorm in the night!

CAN YOU IMAGINE A NOT?

Lighting everywhere! And you be wondering will you be the suay (unlucky) one to get hit! And you can't see a shit in the night!

And I just happened to be the eye of the platoon which means I am the first person to walk in front of my platoon, lead the way for my platoon and see if there is any obstacle like junction which I have to warn them and then cross one by one.

The night was so dark and I couldn't see a thing! Then when I reached to a junction which I didn't sounds off because I didn't realised, I get a scolding.

After that, I stopped because I thought there was a junction but it turns out it's not, I got another scolding.

The feeling is not that good to be honest especially in that kind of weather.

To add on to these frustrations, after the outfield I realised I have some ugly red spots (about 20 of them) on my back. This is my first time so I was kinda paranoid and scare about it!

I hope it recovered soon and not like one of my army friend who got these ugly red spots permanently. Very ugly you know!

I know I shouldn't complain much about all these shits that happened in Apple Rambutan Mango Yamamomo because there might be other peopl who suffer worse than me.

The other day I chanced upon this article when I was in the camp. The headline was;

Campaign message to chew on: OK to eat alone!

The first thing that came to my mind was; "Wah! Govt damn free and sibei got money! Go launch campaign just to encourage people to eat alone?"

But apparently, this campaign was created by NUS undergrads to tackle fear of eating alone during meals.

To be honest, I will avoid eating alone during meals if possible, I find it uncomfortable and weird. Friends who know me I always talk during meals (that's why I always finish my meal last. lol) so asking me to eat alone with no one to talk to will bore me to hell.

Another reason is I don't want to give the impression that I have no friends to eat with. Err, all right! I am kinda shallow minded but whatever!

I always see people who eat alone are unsociable if not unpopular that's why they have to eat alone as no one want to eat with them mah! (ahem! Shallow minded...)

Asked a few friends (had a very interesting discussion with my army cliques!) about their views on this campaign; most of them thinks that it's pretty unnecessary and there is nothing weird or independent on people who eat alone! Some people just need some own time.

Aha! Funny this topic sparked my interest to blog about it!

KL Trip with Army Cliques Part 3

Actually I don't plan to blog my KL trip into three parts but just now (Yes, I am blogging this entry after my KL trip part 2) when I was blogging the part 2 entry, I was feeling very tired and so decided to stop at 2nd day but now I figured out that I might as well just blog again and this time I am scheduling so you can read it while I am at camp. (ahem, can attract my weekdays views!)

SO HERE'S 3RD AND LAST DAY OF MY KL TRIP!

We basically combed the same shopping malls again like Pavilion, Lot 10 and even KLCC!

Had the breakfast at the hotel (This time me and Chai Hock)

It's buffet!

Shopped and more shopping spree!

Had our lunch at Crystal Jade.

Ordered Duck Noodle as most of my money are used up.

Saw this green sparkling guy and Chai Hock and I decided to take photo with him.

Dinner was a blast! We bascially had seafood again before we board our bus home!

KL Trip with Army Cliques Part 2

Okay! Really have to continue blog KL trip part 2!

After which I can go sleep! You see! I am blogging with my eyes half close! Damn shag leh!

Had breakfast over at Time Square since the hotel room we booked only had breakfast for two. (Zhao Sheng and Xue Ru had the breakfast instead)

Ordered a buger and doughnut set meal and it really turns out very yummy! Can't remember whats the cafe name but its just beside the front door of the Time Square mall.

Shopped at Twin Tower too! One the area looked so much like our country Esplanade. We went to have our dinner at this Steak House. My first whole steak meal and it turned out very delicious!

All the five of us ordered rib eyes and total damage was only $300 RM. Worth the price if you ask me! You can refill your drinks too! Though it takes about 6-7minutes to refill it. I was telling Xue Ru that this must be their tactic so as to prevent you to ask them refill the drink as you have to wait for so long for your drinks. =X

KL Trip with Army Cliques Part 1

Oh great! I was planning to use the whole Sunday and blog about my KL trip (split them into two parts) and how I spent my New Year Eve but but but...my Dad wants us to go out at 2pm!

So I shall try to rush and see if I can manage to blog my two parts of KL trip. =/

It was during one of our training somewhere in Singapore. (Oh, I really hate that training! Lucky it became CAT 1. Opps! Shall not side track!) We talked about going for a holiday during our one week block leave and we discussed about going Thailand, Batam and we ended up deciding to go KL instead.

I was really really very excited! Because I had never went overseas with my friends before! Last time, I always had plans with my friends but it was never a successful one! So I was excited and had a feeling that this will be a success one! And it did!

Enough of the talking, shall really focus and blog my first day of my trip!

We met at Golden Mile to have our breakfast before we start our journey, Nigel was there too even though he couldn't make it for the trip (Came all the way from his house, Yishun and go back after he waves good bye to us!)

Boarded the bus, didn't take picture of it and when Chai Hock and me wanted to go snap, the bus set off. Never mind, it's not like the bus is chio looking or what! It even met an accident during the journey! The front screen (was that the right word?) basically had this spider web kind of crack on it. Heard from the rest that there was a loud bang which Zhao Sheng and me didn't really feel it at all as both of us are sleeping like pigs like this;

We reached KL around 6 or 7pm. Our hotel was Melia Hotel which was just next besides the monorail and Time Square, quite convenient if you ask me.

YES! MY IDOL; Ayumi Hamasaki is getting married! To an Ang Moh!

I can't say how shocking I was when I read this piece of news at Fu Yong's house just now! Both of them met each other during the shoot for “Virgin Road” held in L.A in August 2010, so they only knew each other for four months and now they are getting married?

AREN'T THAT TOO RUSH?! (Well, that's is my opinions...)

Few months back, fans have been thinking if the two are a couple because they keep tweeting (~~flirting~~) each other. And according to someone from a certain forum; the guy; Mannie propose to her at the backstage of ayu's Countdown Live concert.

Decided to take a break from the editing of 2010-2011 pictures and blog this entry! I had my first breakfast of the year (it's Mac's Big Breakfast again..) and also the first flu of the year!

Yay! I am blogging again!

Now before I blog about my Kl trip (Chooses a total of 98 pictures out of 200+ pictures I took so I guess I have to blog two parts about the trip), I guess I shall blog and show you guys the stuff I bought in Kl.

First thing I wanna show you guys!

FACEBOOK FLIP FLOPS!!

Bought it at one of the shop in Sungei Wang for 9RM so that's like $3.70 if I convert it to the rate (2.37)

Shopped at Time Square since our hotel located just besides it and I bought two tee from this shop; Sub.

Both tee cost $69.90 ($29.40) A pity that the tee don't come with S size but luckily Size M does not look too big or baggy for me.

Had to get socks since I didn't bring any to the trip so I went to look for colourful socks and I actually bought this two pair of cute socks at Hush Puppies.

Yellow and grey. It's kids socks though. It kinda fits me, just that the car design got a bit stretched when I wear them. Haha!

My friend, Zhao Sheng actually chooses what masks to buy according to the flavours he like so he actually bought the strawberry masks since he love strawberry so much!

119.90RM which is about $50. What's funny was that just a few weeks ago, I went to download Gremlins movie so when I saw this over at the Zara store, I knew I have to get it! I actually hesitated for a day before I actually go purchase it!

I guess once in a while buying a label shirt wont hurt much. =/

Didn't really buy much for this trip since most of the time, I spent it on food there.

Anyway, took this bathroom slipper back home from the hotel I stayed. Zhao Sheng was telling me that we can bring it back home. (Yes, I found another cheapo friend!)

Well, it's Halloween and my siblings and myself was invited to Jun Wu & Raine's Halloween party over at downtown east (oh, yes! We did saw the bloody scene that the parang incident has caused, we actually thought that it might be some Halloween party decoration until we saw the police questioning people.)

Opps! I am two days late to update my Passing Out Parade Post. But nevertheless, here it is!

It's incredible that I am already a 4-months old soldier already! Am now a Private *BEAM*

4 months in the army, I had learnt a lot of stuffs and endure all kind of shits! Can't believe I can actually complete 24KM Route March. Hhahaha! One of my army friend always said that my endurance level is very good and I guess I have to admit that fact! *Oie! I can tahan push up position longer than those fit guys hor!*

Very happy that my whole family was able to attend my POP and here is some photos taken on that day! Errr...I don't know how but the photos aren't really nicely taken...

So ahh! Here it is, promise to blog about my pomo photoshoot experience when I got the photos.

The photoshoot was taken few months back (judging by my hair colour...) and it was to promote Pomo Sg Shopping mall. I must say it was a very awesome experiences. (Not to mentioned, we get to eat free food etc. hehehe...)

And this photoshoot also marks the first time I put on make up! We had make up artist and hair stylist helping us with the make up and our hair.

Just a quick short update and then I shall go prepare my stuffs.

So I went out for shopping yesterday with Wee Xiang and Thiam Yue. And I found something very cute and interesting at ROCKSTAR located at Cineleisure.

This is what caught my attention.

A plant in a bottle! Very interesting and I am like love at first sight or something! Some of my friends if not most, knew that I love plants and am very interested in all these green stuffs!

So I was like a small kid that see a new toy! Hahah! All right, not to that extent.

Luckily, there is a website for me to understand more about Paperus.

Quoting from their website;

Err, I still have not recieves the pomo.sg photoshoot photos so I couldnt really blog about it for now though I really can't wait to show you all the photos! HAHAHA!

3 Weeks of Army Days

Second book out this weekend! I felt so good to be out of the camp though the bad thing; my Internet was down. T_T

It's been like 3 weeks of army life already. I sort of get used to it already. The Physical Training (PT) is tiring but I am trying my best to treat it as Physical Education, like the one we had in Secondary school lor!

I tell you this if you would like to ask me what are my thoughts about army.

Army, where you meet REAL idiots.

And I tell you, they are the idiots that bloody make you laugh till drop dead or give you the "WHAT THE FISH! THIS KIND OF PERSON REALLY EXIST?"

The GREAT AUDIO EXPERIENCE

Last Saturday, 29th May 2010 was Singapore largest flash mob event. The Great Audio Experience.

Were you there? A total of 1,200 people took part in this event! I was there with my Sis and other bloggers!!

Starting from three locations; The Heeran, SMU Green and Orchard Central where the participants will tune in to MediaCorp's 987FM, and following instructions whole walking to Plaza Singapura which is the ending point of the event.

First day of being 21.

I would never thought that I will be 21 so fast. It just feel so surreal and weird that I am actually 21 years old now!

Three words: Still can't believe.

I guess I just need time to err, admit that I am finally 21 years old. Legally an adult, a young adult.

21 years, I really hope I can get serious and be responsible towards my every actions etc. I just have to try being real and stop all my daydreams (Maybe once a while is all right...)

So yeah! 18 May 2010 is my 21st. Happy Birthday to myself!

The Be-Spec-tacular Party Prelude

15 May 2010. I had a spectacular 21st Party at my uncle's condo, Glendale Park. Laughter and fun filled with my families and friends.

And today, it's my birthday eve! (Please flood my Facebook, Twitter and mobile phone when the clock hit 12 tonight!)

So before I blog about my awesome and spectacular party! I shall write out an entry about the planning process of this party!

I couldn't really remember the exact date or month when I started my planning. All I know was I wanted my party to be big and fun!

What I think is that, in order to inject the "fun factor" to a party is to have a theme. A birthday party theme. So I googled and looked up on various party themes.

None of it caught my attention. Then I told myself, I must look for a theme that shouts me! A theme that it's very Daniel.

Then I figured out maybe something colourful? Colours that is loud or striking colours! Isn't this very me? No?

However, the theme in the end was not Colourful but Specs. You know? Guests coming with wonderful, awesome and funny spectacles/glasses?

And then suddenly, I got this err, what do you call it? A concepts? Yeah, Be-Spec-tacular popped in my mind all of a sudden!

Be-Spec-tacular; A combination of Bespectacled and Spectacular.

I liked this very much! And I am very proud of myself coming out with this! I am serious! HAHA!

Next, I designed a "so-called" poster so I can use it to be the picture for my birthday event in Facebook.

The first design;

I know, very messy and irritating background I had. The spec you see on the poster is actually a letter B, I mean I wanted to use that shape of the spec to be a letter B but Jason and Amanda told me it's hard to notice it as the spec and the text does not have the same colour tone in sync. (If you get what I mean...)

So I redesigned and this is the 2nd design.

Love the colourful letters but felt that it's abit plain, showed it to Jason and he suggested put some border.

Googled border but couldn't find any borders I like. Until I remember Photoscape have that function! So I went to play around the picture in Photoscape.

And I got this two...

I can't use both of them as the border are black in colour! I mean! I told my friends not to come in black, wouldn't I be contradicting myself if I had black colour in my err, official party cover/poster?

In the end, I used photoshop and made the border and this is the end results.

The effect is from Photoscape by the way.

Initially, I wanted to held my birthday at Durty Nelly, an Irish Bar which I came across and I like the feeling of it. Did enquires on the cost of holding my birthday there but it's a pity that the cost of it was within my budget.

All right, keep a lookout on my Birthday Post! Probably by this week! =D

21st Presents? NEED VS WANT

Ok! I am blogging about my class BBQ! We have know each other for 2years! 080414 is the date! Though for me is 080415 because I skipped the orientation!

We had another bbq again and this time it's held at West Coast because East Coast Park are fully booked! And I know West Coast park got that Pyramid kind of playground.

BUT! BUT BUT! I NEVER GET TO PLAY IT LOR! I AM VERY SAD ABOUT IT! :@

Met michy and Mark to shop for our food. I think we have poor plan of shopping the food, but I think it's better than the last bbq because last time we bought 120plus of chickens and half of it ended up in the bin.

This time, we only buy two packets so it's only 40 pieces of chickens. Though, I now know that next time, we must buy more hotdogs and crabmeat! Cheese hotdog is the favourite food among us!

The Hairstyles So Far...

Muawahhahaah! I am so inspired! I am going to blog something that I find interesting! It's actually very fun when I went to look through and hunt down pictures.

I guess, most of my friends and followers on Twitter should know that I am a blond now! (am not a dumb blond!) So I was thinking, I seems to have tried several hairstyles. I know lah, the most common hairstyle I got was Bangs! Bangs! BANGS!

I just loves bangs so much! You know? There's this period of time, back in my secondary school that all the girls got the bangs haircut and I wanted to try but hair was too short and I don't know that hair is called bangs back then.

So for now, I am going to post photos of all my different hairstyles. But I couldn't really remember when I got the hairstyle. Tell me which hairstyle you all like okay? :D

I didn't really care much of my hair till I get to secondary 3. And that time, center-parting was VERY in thing. But heck, my center-parting was damn ugly! I don't dare to post lah!

And then the purple highlight fades to pink. I keep finding pink hair on the mahjong table when I play! -______-

Not sure if you able to notice the pink hair. The pink later on fades to white and then I dyed my hair black. But after a few wash, the color fade to violet which is very chio.

Not really very bang-ish but I think I went to cut this hair at Jean Yip. -_-" (Which I regretted very much!)

You can see that my back hair is very long! Always wanted to try keeping long hair but always cut it short in the end. :( So this is like my longest hair I have got!

Singapore Entertainment Awards 2010

Did any of you went for Singapore Entertainment Award last Saturday? Because I was there! Anyone who followed me on Twitter should probably know.

Yep, I was invited by OMY.SG to attend this award ceremony. I decided to RSVP and brought Mei Teng because I know she want to go!

Rushed from Miss Sharifah's Wedding to Marina Square and my god, it's was very crowded! Collected the tickets before meeting Mei Teng. I was told that Serene and her boyfriend was there too!

Muawahahah! Headed to The Float and found out that we don't need to queue for our entry as our entrance was at Entrance B which does not have any queue.

Both of us went to locate our seats which after a long time, we realised we sat wrongly (Damn paiseh can! ) Oh and I saw a few familiar bloggers.

And then the camera dies. Alamak! Took too much photos before that! A pity and that's why I didn't get any pictures of artist performing.

Anyway, both of us and the crowd got excited during the red carpet time, everyone wanted to see their favourite artist. No doubts, SHINee got the most fans there.

(But don't have my fav artist lah!)

One of the performers I enjoy very much was from Liu Ling Ling and Budak Pantai. They were very entertaining and I love how they remix Lady Gaga's Bad Romance with hokkien songs! It' was splendid!

Both of us got very hungry in the middle of the show, so went to take a bite. We were at the big screen watching while eating.

The long time no see Ah Du! And then JJ Lin was there too! Totally didn't know about it!

After which, we were too lazy to head back our seats so we decided to hop seats, went around and look for empty seats that will give as a good view of the stage! Lucky Serene's side got two empty seats and the view is good!

Finally, the last performance which is the long waited SHINee. But all the fan girls stood up and totally blocked my view. I wanted to see why they so famous one!

And yeah, Ring Ding Dong is really an addictive song! And that Key guy got a very nice hairstyle!

Have you been following closely to Not So Secret Lives about the journey of Trey and Jesse yet?

If you haven't...

Well, let me just give you all a little background infomation.

Not So Secret Lives tells the story of two youth - Trey and Jesse - and the friends around them. The story is told through a series of blog entries by the two main characters, both of their blog will broach the often taboo subjects of sex, HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) infections and STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections) in a personal and intimate manner.

So now, I have a question for you guys.

Question: Are hangovers a good thing?

Well, quoting from Trey's blog:

Trey had a night out with his group of buddies, and now he is troubled because something happened THAT night! Something that I am sure he regretted very much.

He was drunk. He found himself naked in a hotel on the following morning. He found a strand of black hair on the bed.

He had sex with someone. A stranger he completely don't remember or know!

Do you know what does that means? Do you know what are the consequences of this silly act?

To add on, in his 2nd March 2010 entry, he mentioned that he went into the battle without the helmet during his drunken state!

In other words, he didn't wear a condom.

Now, what are the consequences of this seemingly 'harmless fun'? Be it mentally and physically.

What I think:

Physically,

The risk of contacting HIV or AIDS. Since it's unprotected sex, that girl called Vanessa may be pregnant.

Mentally,

Trey does not know what to do after he realised what he have done. He was very troubled and he do not know how to face his girlfriend, Jesse! So, he had to lie to Jesse about that incident and that's how this lead to a downward spiral of his relationship with Jesse.

Question 2: This mess, how it could been avoided?

The first thing I thought was what Trey's friend, Cameron told him.

And then I decided to googled and found out more on how to avoid hangover (Since this started because of hangover.)

The best way to not have a hangover of course is not to drink a sufficient amount. Or pace your drinks out and try to match the amount of alcohol you have with the same amount of water.

This is because alcohol dehydrares you and also leads to the loss of vitamins and minerals in your body.

I am blogging now! Hahaha!

Okay, so I was invited by @vveijie to attend a blogger event held at Lunar (Initially, Zirca) hosted by @24Seven and Health Promotion Board.

Met Weijie and one of his friend, @quentria at Clark Quay Station before we head to Liang Court to have our light dinner, crepes.

After that, we head to our destination and finally meet up with other bloggers, Diana and Claudia and we were told that the venue has changed to Lunar.

First time stepping to Lunar, my impression was "very red" and I actually can't help but to laugh when the err bouncer gave Sidney the Are-you-sure-you-are-above-16 kind of look and the Did-you-use-someone-IC- look?

(Aiya, he look damn young liao lah! Ahem, a few people there also thought I am 16 or what.)

Anyway, what is this event all about?

Birthday Party & Who To Invite?

It's pretty random and weird of me to blog about this. But this topic just randomly came to my mind and I really feel like blogging it out!

(perhaps this can be like a "forehinting" to my friends IF I can have my 21st)

Yes! Imma turn 21 in like what? 96 days? And so are my group of Yr1989 friends. Most of them are planning what to do for their big day already!

So when you pen down your guest list, you will be wondering who shall you invite right?

For me,

1) I Wont/Will/Shall not invite people whom I am not close to.

- Yeah, why would I want to invite people whom I am not close with? I will only end up not talking to him/her and both of us will feel awkward.

And to add on to this point; There was one time, a friend of mine hold a birthday celebration but he/she didn't invite Friend x because Friend x isn't a close friend of my friend.

However Friend x wanted to attend the celebrations because he/she found out that his/her group of close friends are attending and it's been a long time he/she meet them so in other words, he/she wanted to use my friend's birthday celebration to be his/her own private friend gathering.

Friend x didn't go in the end of course, but I was dead sure they will hold a mini private gather at one corner of the celebrations if Friend x appear.

My point is, I hate people who make use of people birthday celebration and treat it like their own mini private gathering!

No, I am not talking about those normal gathering but really those "Lets-grab-some-food-and-then-we-can-go-one-corner-for-our-own-mini-gather!" gathering. Not healthy and very unsociable leh!

2) Do I know your boyfriend/girlfriend? If no, sorry! They are not in my guest list!

- It's normal I guess. Once you sent out your party invitation to your friends, you bound to have a couple of friends who will ask you if they could bring their boyfriend or girlfriend (and most of the time, it's the girls who asked.)

Yes, your other half can come if I know them personally (but I would have invited them myself if I know them right?) No, why would I ask your boyfriend/girlfriend come my party if I don't really know them at all? That will kinda contradict my first point right?

And then friends will reply; "You can make friend when you see them wah!!"

Yes, I love making new friend but NO, I don't want to make friends during my birthday party.

Hello?! I will be very busy on that day already! Where got time to make new friends huh?

And I don't get it why people want to bring their boyfriend/girlfriend to their friend's birthday party when you know that your other half will feel weird because he/she don't know anyone else in the party except yourself.

Friend, just be auto can? Not everything, events or what must spent with your other half!

Interesting how these things came to my mind this morning!

Now, Who To Invite?

1) Gossip-Mongers

- No no no! Not invite them to gossip about you! But these are the kind of people who will spread the words about how great and awesome your party is! You might want to get some Drama mama too. Imagine;

You: "I spent around $xxxxk on this party..."

Them: "OH! YOU DID NOT! WOW!?"

2) Dare Devil

- In my humble opinion ah, I will invite them to make the party lively. All those nonsensical stuff they will do and no doubt, they will be the first to volunteer to any games you had in your party. Agree not?

3) Weird People That You Close To

- Erm, just so that you can laugh at their weird dressing and random things they do during your party? Yeah, I know it's very bad but it's like a topic for you to talk about!

OMY.SG and KFC Marketing Team invited a few bloggers and me yesterday to try out their new delicacies.

It's not just a normal brand X kind of egg tart! It's actually Portuguese egg tart which follows an authentic recipe developed by the famous Margaret Wong.

The event was held at Suntec City's KFC and we, bloggers were served with freshly baked and hot Egg Tarts.

So hot that we have a bit of trouble eating it during the filming.

Yeah, OMY's filming team was there to shot the whole process and also to interview some of us on what we think of the Egg Tarts.

So now, what is my thoughts on them?

I am craving for them now while typing this! No joke okay!

It is crispy and crunchy when I had my first bite. I don't even know what and how to describe the egg custard lor! It's just very smooth and yummy!

I actually ate three of them yesterday! =x

I actually like how the Egg Tarts look like. It might look burnt or ugly to some of you but they added the caramelized sugar on top of the egg custard which gives them each of it an unique pattern!

Another Way To Spend Your Day Without Laptops.

BOARDGAME SESSION

Anyway, thank you Smith for telling us about this awesome place, Pitstop Cafe. That day was Pitstoppers Meetup Session (PMS), an event for all board game lovers to have fun and make new friends.

There was free gaming, free flow of drinks and 20% discount off additional orders. Best part of it is the event is open to everyone.

I went with Hisham and Sidney. (Bloggers I know from 24seven) and I was 1hour late. =x Sorry guys!

But ANYWAY! We played our addictive game which is Monopoly Deal! Tell you! I just can't get enough of it! AND I WON TWO TIMES IN A ROW!

We had our dinner over there and I ordered the Sambal Chicken Chop. Never heard of this combination before so decided to try it out. My conclusion?

I Fuckin' love the sambal!

And it only for $7.90. I would say its worth the price! Definitely will try it again on my next visit!

Definitely random! Eevon tweeted if anyone wanted to picnic at a cemetery. I agreed and even suggested go during night time! But we decided on the noon time in the end.

Spent Your Day Without Facing Laptops.

A few weeks back (if I didn't remembered wrongly lah!) I tweeted that I would like to spend my weekend with nature rather than facing my laptop all day.

And eventually, I really make plans for that coming weekend. Initially, I am going for kite sessions at Marina Barrage with my Godmum's family on Saturday but due to unforeseen circumstances. We only had a simple dinner.

But on that Sunday, I went with a group of my volunteer friends to Pulau Ubin. I have never been to there before but my dad told me that I did, when I was still a kid. So I guess not much memories lah!

Met Tong and Raine before heading to Changi to meet the rest. The three of us were very hungry! And I actually spent 30mins to queue up for the famous Changi Nasi Lemak!

I should have settle myself with other stall's Nasi Lemak lor! Because I don't find anything special about this famous Nasi Lemak leh! The chili is good though.

Half of the group were late. So we decided not to wait for them and head to Ubin first for some coconut drinks.

On the way to jetty, we had this cute conversation.

Me: "Would I be able to see any animals at the island?"

Byran: "Yeah! You get to see wild boar etc..."

Anyway, it was one relaxing day out with a few friends and I didn't use laptop for a day! (I refuse to use it even when I get back home that day!)

Oh! Did I mentioned that I fell down 360degree because I was avoiding crushing into Tong's bike. And I crushed into a tree.

Yes! I am sure its 360degree lor! Because I saw the blue sky, the greenness, my fallen bicycle and the the roots of the tree

Amazingly, I didn't suffer any bad injuries leh!?

PS: Actually, I wanted to update on Pitstop and yesterday picnic. But I feel so sleepy now. Shall do that when I am free! :)

I absolutely have no idea how to begin this entry. I should have blogged this entry when it's still fresh in my head. Now, I guess I just have to "see picture and then blog"

Thanks to my procrastination, initial plan was to blog this entry on Thursday but I was lazy. So I told myself, I shall blog tomorrow but I was out and was tired when I reached home.

I figured out that if I don't blog regularly, I wont be able to blog much in the near future. Especially I just changed my Twitter account profile, stating that I am a Lifestyle Blogger *ahem*

So I will try to blog often but that would mean I need to find interesting topics or happening stuff in order to blog.

(Even now when I am blogging this, I am distracted!)

Any friends that I am close with should know that I went for this children volunteer camp, camp mumbo as instructor. It was a 5D4N camp and it's definitely a wonderful experiences! At least, that's what I think. I make lots of new friends and also a few skills during the whole process of this camp.

The camp venue was at Ang Mo Kio Secondary. I still remember I was rushing for my project before I head down and I almost lost my way! (Damn those bus driver! Don't even know if they will pass by AMK Sec when I asked them...)

Lets skip first day since it's just setting up and some admin planning stuff. The real camp day was on Friday.

Day One of Camp Mumbo.

The children start to flood in and instructors with colour hair are told to wear a cap or cover it up with something for parent's first impression. (That's me included!)

Played a few Ice Breaking game with our respectively children and getting to know them.

Okay! While looking at the pictures (I didnt save most of them!) I realised I forgot how the timeline goes! I can't remember this picture is Day 1 or Day 2. So....yeah....

There was this Station game whereby we will bring our group's children and complete the games in 4 station. (In case you don't know, my group is HighBlood!)

First station was the "DIY Wallet/Purse"

The kids were taught to make use of masking tape and turn it into a wallet! Amazing huh?

Pardon me, I do not have the pictures of the wallet/purse made by them. But the end result is very cute and you can try to do creative designs when you make use of different masking tape colour. :)

Next Station, I believe was the "Hand Sign Station" where the children have to work together and do some code breaking. The game master was Keru and John.

I got to say, this John guy is very good! A very funny and witty guy. Even the instructors was paying attention to him when he was giving game instructions to the kids.

After that, we went to "Mask Making Station" - A hands on craft using plastic bowl to make face mask.

On the second day of the camp, we bought the kids to Sentosa. An outdoor matrix games, completing one game at certain station will earn the kids a special ingredient for their dinner which in other words, the kids work hard for their dinner.

Pretty awesome idea by Tong and Raine.

It was really a hot day ahead. But I am sure all of us had lots of fun even though there was miscommunication and complains. Hahah!

Pass the Water Bomb. The kids were divided two groups and in this game, and then they must be able to communicate with their team member and save the water bomb which they are able to use it and throw on the instructors!

Throughout the whole trip, I was soo afraid that one of the kid will go missing or what so I was counting them whenever we move from one station to another.

After the whole matrix games, the children were given free time at the beach and the sea. The instructors were acted as the human boundaries so as to not let any kid swim too far away.

And I don't like it! Some of the kids very naughty (and playful) and splashed water on my eyes! I cant see!!!!!!!!!!!! They lucky I can't see if not I unleashed my power than they know! Muawahahahahah!

We had another matrix game on the third day which consist of Soap Bathing, Musical Chair and Mud Tunnel.

The kids are allowed to use soap and help the instructors to wash their hair. Prepare to get bombed by colour water bombs if you lost in the musical chair.

And last but not least, MUD TUNNEL! One of the kid who had experienced mud tunnel before asked me if she can exempted from mud tunnel anot.

Thanks to her, I had this mental prepartion for what I will be facing because all the first year instructors have to go through the tunnel and this is the time where the old instructors will "take care" of us.

All of us are blindfolded and indeed, I was told to go inside a dustbin and was rolled around. I was asked to bite a core of an apple, some disgusting salted fish and was fed with mud.

Vinegar was poured all over my head and it was very pain! I tell you! There's alot more too!

But I shall be glad because apparently my friend, You Da was the worst. Bascially, I do find certain part overboard to the point that they overlooked on certain things -refer to You Da's case-

Pointed out what happend to a few of people but some of them told me that it was alot worse in the previous years! C'mon! Yes, I understand this might not compare to the previous years! But I am addressing what happened in 2009!

Not trying to spoil the fun but at least have a little welfareeeeeeee? No?

And that's the end of the camp. Instructors starts to go crazy after we sent off the kids home. And I got this undescriber feeling, I think it's those She Bu De kind of feeling.

First thing first, the post title is totally random. This entry is a requested post by Jiahao because he said that my blog is dead and he feels that my blog now is all about volunteer work. So...

Trip down to town yesterday with Jh & Ty was awesome. Accompanied Jh to MOM around 1.30pm to settle some issue first before meeting Ty at Bugis. But both Jh and I was late. So Ty waited for us for at least half an hour. (But still, he is the record holder of being late for 2hours!)

INITIALLY plan was to shop at Haji Lane since all of us have never been to there. So, when we reached Bugis Station, I was asking how to get to Haji Lane but none of us know how and then both of them decided not to head over there and they were telling me there is nothing to shop there!

A helpful passer-by suddenly talk to us and AGREED with Ty and Jh that there is really nothing to shop in Haji Lane. In the end, decided not to go Haji Lane. -pout-

Only shopped Bugis Junction for a while before we head to Town.

First stop, ION Orchard.

Shopping starts the moment we step into TOPMAN. Ty got a postman-lookalike bag for $119. The bag look really nice but I agree with Ty that it somehow will look kinda weird when you put heavy stuff inside because the bag does not have a supporting base in it.

I should have taken a picture of it and post it here. Now I realised this post is getting boring with chunks of words. Aiya, you all bear with it okayyyyyyyy?!

I am actually looking for pale blue Demin Jeans but just couldnt find anywhere! Anyone know where I can get it cheap?

I didnt get anything from Topman so we shopped around and then Jh told us there is a shop selling designed tee for $20 only.

So we went to hunt for the shop and manage to find it. The shop, T-Bar which is located at ION Orchard, Basement 2 (#B2-27) have unique designed print tees.

Just googled about T Bar and found out that design tee are from Australia! If you are looking for some unique or any cool design tee, you might want to check it out!

Next stop was Heeran. Shopped around Fresh Imp, Fourskin and 310 Woodland (The Red Indian Shop, named by Ty) Nothing much to shop there because many of the shops there were closed down. Why ah?

It was dinner time, and the three of us have no ideas what to eat. We were standing outside Heeran, thinking places to dine and I don't know why and how...

All of the sudden, we start to sing Pokemon Original Theme Song; "I want to be the very best~" and then Ty pointed out that the Japanese version is better which I totally agree! But Jh don't know which one was it...

So for the benifit of Jh and anyone who don't know...

sooo nostalgic...

I think I know why we suddenly sing the song. Because I was wearing the Pokemon Tee-shirt; Gotta Catch em' ALL!

ANYHOW! We headed off to Cineleisure because we remembered that Praise recently opened a new outlet there, just beside Fred Perry. So we went there to shop and both Jh and I got one printed tee. (again!)

Praise also sells awesome printed tee and I really like the colour scheme of the design.

We didnt shop in 313 or Orchard Central because we felt there is nothing to shop there. (perhaps somebody can prove us wrong? XD)

We were still brainstorming on where to go for our dinner and then I suggested ASTONs and the nearest one is at Grand Cathay. Walked to there and I start to realised this is my first longest shopping trip of the year.

Did some more shopping when we reached Grand Cathay. As usual, the queue for Astons is long and I think we waited for about half an hour?

But still, very worthwhile! The price is reasonable and the food there is delicious! If you have never been there before, I recommend you all try Chargrill Chicken and you can add on two more side dishes! :)

Muawhaahahah! I can't believe I am finally going to blog on OLIP! I am just too lazy! OLIP is like so last year thing already!

Oh! By the way, OLIP stands for Outdoor Leadership Instructor Program. It's was a so-called one day camp whereby all the instructors carry out/play some night activities before campmumbo starts. Something like bonding lah! You know? You know?

We were told to meet 3pm at Teck Ghee CC (That's community center if you don't know!) and we started off first with a workshop by Tong and Raine.

Basically, they were teaching us on how to speak/give instructions to 238743284238746328746328747324 children.

We were asked to think of a game and give the instructions to the rest. Something like build our confidence and such lah!

AND AND AND AND WE HAD LOTS OF FUN!!

My group, HIGHBLOOD was the first to teach a new game. But, I think we spent our time taking pictures. Hmm...hmm...

The other group, Dengue. I don't know the name of the game but it's focused more on team work so I reckon you all can call it TWG. (Teamwork Game)

One of the part is you have to sit on the lap of your team member and then err, sorry I forgot what we suppose to do...hmmm...hmmm

Err, this game is kinda hard to explain. It's like you have to do something to the person sitting next to your left...err...or was it right? AIYAH! You just have to do something the person either on your right or left like the above picture. Tong have to lick Kian Hian...

Around evening time, we had dance segment to practice our dance (which is Gee by SNSD, Sorry, sorry by Super Junior and Nobody by Wonder Girls.)

After the dance, we went for individuals group dinner until 10pm because after dinner, we have to gather again for our activities.

This is what we were told to do;

Each of the group will get a bottle of bubble tea pearl which we will use it to shoot on the square of a small tic-tac-toe board. Each square have a different location which we will need to go there and complete a task.

And to determine which group will set off first, we have to complete yet another 7 different tasks without NG-ing.

1) Reading from a script

2) Must get the ball in!

3) Drink more water and sing!

6) Throw the light stick & make sure you grab it!

So basically, we have to complete the task for each station and we cannot make mistakes if not we have to re-start from the first station again. Sadly, my group was the last to complete these tasks.

Since we were the last team to set off, we were very kan jiong so we went to the bus interchange to look for the correct bus which will bring us to Boat Quay.

BUTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!

It was 11pm plus already! No more bus service! And then we were told that we are not allowed to take any public transport!

WALAUUUUUUUUUUUU!!! LIKE THAT HOW TO GO BOAT QUAYYYYYY SIAAAAAA??!!

Then one of my teammate, Zi En say;

"We will hitch a ride." -insert big grin-

I was like;

"HUH?! SINGAPORE WILL GOT PEOPLE SO HAO XIN (NICE) TO GIVE STRANGERS FREE RIDE MEH?"

And then we spent like almost one hour? Trying to hitch a ride from strangers and passing vehicles.

*WAVES* *WAVES*

"Hi, we are from Teck Ghee CC and we are in the middle of a race. We have to get to Boat Quay but the thing is we cant take public transport, is it possible for you to give us a ride to there? -insert puppy eyes cum smiles-."

AND GUESS WHAT? REALLY GOT ONE SHU SHU (Uncle) WILLING TO GIVE US A RIDE TO BOAT QUAT LOR! And the thing is, he is actually heading back home which is at Ang Mo Kio (And thats our setting off location!)

SO NICE OF HIM LOR!! I mean, if I am him, I wont so kind enough and give ride to 11 crazy people wearing red in the middle of night lor!

So we reached boat quay, played the given game and was awarded 5bucks to buy a Ba Chor Mee and then we head off to Lavendar Food Court.

Our task was; Using your breath, keep the tissue from falling onto the ground for one minute!

There is a trick which we found out later on. And our reward was....

Pan cake with special ingredient.

I think the pictures pretty say it all! I was told that one of the special ingredient was Cat Food. So yeah...*shrugs*

Our last stop, we head off to Mustafa and our task was to use our mouth and squeeze as many limejuice into a cup.

AND THENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!

We have to use our mouth and pass the juice to one another and the last person have to drink it all. You get what this means? If you don't then it's okay!

Because maybe you need to see pictures to get it!

Next, we have to find 10 people and ask them to draw on our face and then take picture with them.

Our last task was to figured out a messed up spelling of a certain place and that's was our last stop.

We were lucky enough to hitch another ride and we were second to reach our final destination!

After which, it's the start of our night walk...

Actually, I was very excited! But when I saw the route I have to walk alone...

I admit, it was kinda scary...

And then beside the route, there was tombs and one of the tomb got this two ancient real looking statues and then when I finished the walk, I went to ask You Da if he saw it, he told me no...

But later on, when I asked the rest, I was comfirmed there is really two statues...

SCARE ME SIA! I THOUGHT I SEE WRONG THINGS! HAHAHAHA!

The whole program lasted the next morning and we went for Roti Prata!

We started to play "Who, What, Huh" while waiting for our food. Forfeit is draw on face lah!
